Terms of Service

The service

GoalBuilders lets you set goal challenges alone or with friends, submit evidence, and have completion evaluated by an AI judge against your own written criteria, with manual review on appeal. By using GoalBuilders you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Stakes are between friends

Challenges may carry a stake (for example "loser buys coffee"). GoalBuilders only records these agreements — we never hold, transfer or pay out money or any other asset. Honoring a stake is entirely between you and your friends, offline. GoalBuilders is not a gambling, betting or payment service.

Your content

You own what you post and grant us the license needed to store and display it to the people you share it with. Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, infringing, sexually explicit, or that exposes someone else's private information. You can report content and block users in the app; we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours; content that breaks these rules is removed and repeat offenders are ejected.

AI evaluation

Verdicts are produced by an AI model applying your own written rules to the evidence you submitted. AI can make mistakes; if you disagree with a verdict you can appeal in the app and a human makes the final call. Submitting fabricated evidence is a violation of these terms.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, for disputes between members about stakes, or for decisions you make based on verdicts. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination and changes

We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and may update the service or these terms over time; material changes are announced in the app. These terms are governed by German law.
